c´est lundi matin

It is Monday Morning.
A week countdown until I am leaving for Paris.

After months of planning, I am beginning to remember the images that initiated the decision to go in the first place. From the Paris underground...

Vague notions.

It is simultaneously the easiest and hardest endeavor to travel across the drink having little to no plans.

Rotating sentiments of excitement and feeling terrified.

Not doing is not an option.

"If you're going to try, go all the way. Otherwise don't even start. This could mean losing girlfriends, wives, relatives, jobs, and maybe your mind. It could mean not eating for 3 or 4 days. It could mean freezing on a park bench. It could mean jail, it could mean derision. It could mean mochery, isolation. Isolation is the gift, all others are a test of your endurance of how much you really want to do it. and you'll do it, despite rejection and the worst odds and it will be better than anything else you can imagine. If you're going to try, go all the way. there is no other feeling like that. you will be alone with the gods and the nights will flame with fire. you will ride life straight to perfect laughter. its the only good fight there is. "
Charles Bukowski

1. “Change is not pleasant, But change is constant. Only when we change and grow, We’ll see a world we never know.” ~From Wisdom of The Orange Woodpecker

2.      You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you. ~ Sri Ram

3.          Wake love up in the middle of the night. Tell it the world is on fire. Dash to the bedroom window and
pee out of it. Casually return to bed and assure love that everything is going to be all right. Fall asleep. Love will be there in the morning."
